What does it mean to Stay True?

At the Urban Farm Fermentory, staying in touch with our local environment is vital to staying true. We forage, grow, and harvest, purchase local plants, herbs, roots, leaves, bark, fruit, fungi, seeds, and more whenever in season to enhance our products with the flavorful and medicinal properties of our natural surroundings. Exploring experimental flavors is one of the guiding principles that keep us a maker-driven company.

Social responsibility is also vital to staying true. Our tasting room is a hub for community engagement and acts as a meeting space, open and safe. It is a vibrant art gallery, music hall, workshop nook, and educational space where freedom of expression is preserved.

Welcome!
