The Farmers Eight Daughters Updated:01/2014

We have been baking and growing things for 30+ years. We opened our family business in 2007. We were members of the Lakes Region Farmers Market in Windham for two seasons, but decided to start something even more local to us. What could be more local than a farm stand on your own front lawn!

We feature home made from scratch and home grown products. We like to support other businesses who have the same mission as us, supporting local agriculture. That’s why we use organic whole wheat flour & oatmeal grown right here in Maine, as well as local Maine eggs, salt, butter, milk, fruit and anything else we can get our hands on from this great state.

At our farm stand (open seasonally May-October) we sell a variety of products, most of which are grown or produced by us or close friends with our same passions. We also offer a CSA program.

The Farmers’ Eight Daughters Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program is your opportunity to receive farm-fresh, delicious, organic vegetables at a great value, and without having to “go shopping” for them. When you become a CSA member (by buying a ’share’ in our farm for the season) we become your direct source for food, and you become the reason we grow it.
