When some talented brewing friends decided not to pursue a state permit, Tattooed Dad Brewing Co.’s husband and wife team couldn’t resist the adventure of going for it themselves. Cody and Jenny Tibbetts bought the 1/2 barrel system whole hog, plus recipes. They thought they’d be legal in two months. Two years later it became official.
