Comments: Project is the construction of a fishway around a dam. This results in the restoration of anadromous and catadromous fisheries to 31,985.58 lf of stream. This addresses a problem (barriers to endangered species migration) within the biophysical region and is therefore appropriate out-of-kind compensation for impacts. 5 years of monitoring required, starting 2014. 5 performance standards: 1) Being operated as agreed 2) Adequate flow for out-migration of alewives 3) No erosion 4) Alewives using fishway 5) Successful alewife spawning in Davis Pond.
