Moodytown Gardens Updated:08/2023

Moodytown Gardens is owned and operated by Johanna Burdet and Jarret Haiss. They raise MOFGA certified organic produce, grass-fed beef, and pastured pork, and hay. They sell their products at the Farm-stand, at the Skowhegan and Belgrade lakes Farmers markets, and at select restaurants, and stores. The on-going mission of Moodytown Gardens is to grow healthy food for the community, offer programming that makes food accessible to low income households, and support their family through the farm business. Farming practices are guided by the goal of improving soil health and fertility and being good stewards to the land; ensuring prosperity for future generations.
