About American Hunting Lease Association
The American Hunting Lease Association was founded in 2009 with the concept in mind of looking out for those that are involved in fee hunting operations. Our mission is to protect and serve the interests of those in the hunting lease industry. This is a very rapidly growing industry and in different stages across the nation, and we hope to help those individuals and companies participating in this fantastic and dynamic business along the way.
We have quite an agenda but first and foremost we have developed a risk management program as the foundation of our existence. We believe a strong contract coupled together with good liability insurance can be a powerful combination in providing peace of mind to all parties involved. Each party involved in a hunting lease should know their rights and responsibilities from the start, thus we have created a lease contract with the flexibility to accommodate this function.
